Books Changing Lives: CASA Gambia and Book Aid International Bring the Gift of Reading

At CASA Gambia, we believe in the power of books to transform lives. That is why we are proud to continue our partnership with Book Aid International, whose generous support has helped communities across The Gambia. This year, we distributed books to Xalimba Lower Basic School, Kanifing Municipal Council Library, and Ndemba Technical College, providing learners with essential resources to expand their knowledge and achieve more.

Xalimba Academy students now have access to books beyond their school textbooks, fostering literacy and a love for reading. Kanifing Municipal Council Library has been enriched with a diverse collection, ensuring knowledge is accessible to all. At Ndemba Technical College, vocational students now have materials that support their studies, enhancing their skills and career prospects.

Beyond the numbers and the locations, the true impact lies in the individuals who benefit; children discovering a love for science, students finding inspiration for their future, and community members gaining valuable knowledge.
