Brufut Diaspora Association this evening presents a cheque amounting to GMD 200,000 to complete the counterpart contribution of Friends of Brufut in Seattle for the reconstruction of Brufut Central Market.
It’s important to note that Friends of Brufut Seattle are the initiators of this very important project two years ago after a group of youths take it upon themselves to occupy Brikama Area Council (BAC). They teamed up with the Brufut Diaspora Association to complete their pledge of GMD 500,000.
