Members of the CASA Gambia Executive Committee on Sunday 3rd September 2023 held a signing ceremony of their revised constitution at their office in Brusubi.
The revised constitution which replaces the maiden constitution is poised to position the organization as an advocacy, capacity building and development organization. It clearly spelt out the Organisation’s mandate, objectives, roles of various units and officers.
The Chairperson of CASA Gambia, Ebrima Jatta expressed his delight on the successful completion of the document noting that it will serve as a good guide to officers in the execution of their duties as well as implementation of their various activities. Also, he noted that the document will ensure improved governance. Other members also hailed the event as an important milestone of the organization.
