August 2015 CASA Gambia engaged in distribution of football jersey’s to various football teams in Brufut with the support of Goods for Gambia, a Dutch foundation specialising in sending goods to Gambia for Dutch and Gambian Charities. This is in respect of promoting football amongst youth which also brings unity in every Gambian communities. The game has grown to become the world’s most prominent sport, and the role it play in society and culture. CASA Gambia wants to investigate the impact of wealth in the game, the challenges faced by the players themselves, and the sports future.
